Male to female sculpt
I did this last night but I wanted the video to finish rendering so I waited until today to post it. I did a really rough (really really rough) block in of a stylized female based on the male base I did. I popped out a vid showing the transition and figured it might be fun to watch, anywho there you go.

New Tutorial
I did a new tutorial for digital tutors on creature anatomy:
Start Referencing Nature for Unique Creature Creation in ZBrush
(http://www.digitaltutors.com/tutorial/1841) and push your designs further than you thought possible. You’ll take into account many characteristics of real animals and their unique functions, as you observe new ways of thinking about creature concepts and sculpting for future projects.
You can find the tutorial here: http://www.digitaltutors.com/tutorial/1841

Beyond Earth
Hello Everyone! Such a long time since my last post and so much has happened. I'm happy to tell you that I'm truly enjoying my time with Firaxis Games, they impress me everyday. I do apologize for lack of work to show, I unfortunately have been in a whirlwind of stuff lately following our announcement of our new game, Civilization: Beyond Earth
We are really excited about this game and I think you all will be too once you guys get your hands on it. Now granted I did come on this project while it was well underway, so my influence on it is limited. I can say however that the game already looks fantastic, and I think you'll definitely dig the vibe it has going. As more gets allowed to be talked about I'll post it.
I should have some new work to show soon on the personal side of things, as well as a NEW TUTORIAL coming up. Be on the look out for that one, as it is more sculptural than the other ones I've done with digital Tutors. I know you guys have requested something like that so I'm going to deliver. Be patient as I'm juggling quite a few things at the moment haha. It will be all worth it in the end though, I promise :)

New Job, New Home
So most of what I post here is simply work related. This will be too in a way. I'm happy to say I've accepted the position of Hipoly Artist at Firaxis Games in Baltimore MD.
I'll be moving down next week and so there might be a lull in posts. I'm super excited to start this new chapter of my life, and super happy to start life in a new city. I've only known NYC as my city, and it will be odd to switch that with something else. That said I'm extremely familiar with the area and if anything saw the D.C./Baltimore Area as a second home. Well thats all I guess. I'll try and get a sketch in or two this next week though I can't really promise anything.

can't really sleep, so I did a quick sketch, about an hour from a sphere. sort of a quasimodo. I have a lot projects on the back burner right now (alien pirate being on I really want to look into) Haven't crunched in a few days so I'm bit rusty. Not in love with it but enjoying the crunch. have the vid if you guys want it
